For apartment loans, we can provide options from life
insurance companies, CMBS conduits and agency loans through our
relationships with Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac originators.
We place loans as small as $750,000, and can
arrange construction and acquisition financing from local banks
as needed by our clients.
